Graham Rhodes
On his 60th birthday, Graham Rhodes opened a small gallery in Scarborough exhibiting a selection of his unique photographic art and he has sold over one thousand of his framed photographic art images. Today Graham finds himself being compared to, and labelled as, Scarborough's answer to the Victorian great, Frank Meadow Sutcliffe. Taking inspiration from his local harbour town, Graham adds;
"My aim is to create photographic images that create a sense of timelessness through manipulation of colour and tone thus allowing the viewer to choose their own interpretation of the image and its rightful place in time and location."
